All coffee beans, ground coffee, and consumable items are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered, unless:
- The product is damaged upon arrival.
- The product received is incorrect.
- The product has a verified quality defect.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Refund Process
