Colombia Huila

Huila is a coffee category we like to call a daily drinker, comfortable and approachable to all, it can be enjoyed in the morning and in the night. Huila is sweet, balanced, with enough acidity to enjoy it hot where the dried fruits with panela is in the forefront, and as it cools down, the molasses and chocolate notes accentuate. We brew this as a filter option in our own cafes.
