Hello, I’m Bernita, a Bolivian Coffee planted in Yungas region on the Andes mountains.
As all Bolivian coffee, I have a clean and classic taste. Complex flavors and superb balance.
I’ve grown in the Bolivian tropical weather conditions that produces a great coffee beans. I’ve been born with two varieties in me; Typica and Caturra. Whereas, due to the higher altitude, I take longer time to ripen and develop which gives my beans a burst of flavors.
I’m smooth, creamy and mellow. My profile balances a combination of chocolate and roasted almond notes with a bright, yet mellow citrus-toned acidity. A subtle caramel-toned sweetness ties my profile together.
